Yes — a small deposit secures your appointment and is applied to your service total. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable: if you cancel or fail to attend your appointment, the deposit is forfeited and cannot be applied to a future appointment.

We ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule without losing your deposit. No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit so we can offer the slot to another guest.
