Lash Fill vs. Full Set: Which One Should You Book?

A refill builds on the extensions you still have. A full set starts from clean natural lashes. Booking the wrong one is the most common scheduling mix-up we see, because the appointment length and price differ.

The simple rule

• Within 21 days of your last appointment with us, and still holding a good amount of your set — book a Refill ($80) or Signature Set Refill ($100).
• Mega volume clients — book a Mega Volume Refill ($100).
• Set done at another studio, within 14 days — book a Foreign Refill ($95).
• Past the window, or very little left — book a Full Set.

How to check your own lashes

Look straight on in good light. If your lash line still reads as full with only scattered gaps, that's refill territory. If you can see clear stretches of bare lash line, or the remaining extensions have travelled well away from the base, a full set will look better than trying to patch it.

Why the 21-day window matters

It's about the ratio of work. Past three weeks, so much of the set has shed and grown out that filling it takes nearly as long as building from scratch — and the result is less even. The window keeps quality and pricing honest in both directions.
